How to Become a Member of

Vine Grove Baptist Church

By Profession of Faith and Baptism. If you will receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord and follow Him in baptism by immersion, we welcome you into our fellowship.

By Letter. As a Christian whose church membership is elsewhere, should God lead you to be a member of our fellowship, we will be happy to welcome you into our church family. We will gladly take care of the appropriate details for transferring your membership.

By Statement of Faith. If you know in your heart that you are saved; want to become a member of Vine Grove Baptist Church; have been baptized and believe that baptism is symbolic only, representing the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ; we will accept your membership by your statement of faith.

Invitation

If you’ve been thinking, praying, searching and hoping for a place to belong, we say “Welcome Home”. You are invited to respond to any of the above by coming forward at the close of any worship service, or meeting with me at a time convenient for you, to discuss the Biblical requirements for salvation and church membership. The decision you make assumes your commitment to being faithful in prayer, participation in our Lords' work and financial support to God’s ministries at Vine Grove Baptist Church.
